Successful organizing campaigns require experienced legal advice and advocacy to meet the challenges of changing law, aggressive anti union campaigns, complex and protracted NLRB procedures.
Our attorneys have decades of experience practicing with and before the National Labor Relations Board and the New York State Public Employment Relations Board. We will assist the organizer in recognizing, confronting and avoiding issues that tend to slow up the election process and will represent the client at all necessary labor agency hearings including PERB and the NLRB. Additionally, we will explore methods for success outside the NLRB process.
